In-Situ Crankpin Grinding
Our experienced team carries out In-Situ crankpin grinding using the latest tools
and equipment. Based on the condition of the crankshaft & onsite visit
observations, we achieve the tolerance level as per the clients’ requirements and
also provide a surface finish of less than 0.2 micrometers.
Metal Stitching
Based on the condition of the damaged area, we carry out metal stitching,
especially in the areas where traditional welding is not effective. Performed on-
site, this cost-effective method can restore the damaged area to its initial
strength.
Modification/ Replacement of SCADA

Video Borescope Analysis
Our experienced and skilled team carries out video borescope, which indicates
visually the present condition of the internals, and monitors for any wear & tear
of the HFO DG Set without having to dismantle the engine. This helps to reduce
the downtime of the machine as well as plan for future maintenance. The videos
can be recorded and referred to in the future.
